Everything about paying, buying, offers, auctions, selling and escrow on bitify.
A marketplace for digital and physical goods paid with crypto. Every order is protected by escrow: the seller is paid only after you confirm the item is right, or after the protection period ends without a dispute.
No. One account does both. To sell, turn on 2-step verification and add a payout address — it takes a couple of minutes.
Start selling →Buying, making offers and bidding are free. Sellers pay 4.5% of the item price when it sells (some categories have their own rate), and withdrawals have no bitify fee — you only pay the blockchain network fee. When you add funds, the payment processor’s fee is added to what you send.
You pay from your bitify balance in USDT. Top it up from any crypto wallet or exchange — USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB or LTC — using a one-time address. Deposits start at 10 USDT and appear as soon as the network confirms. Once your balance covers the price, checkout is one click.
Open your wallet →Your balance is credited as soon as the network confirms the payment — usually minutes, depending on the coin. If a deposit request isn’t paid in time it expires; just create a new one.
Withdraw your available balance to a USDT wallet on BEP-20, TRC-20 or ERC-20, or as USDC on Ethereum. Withdrawals start at 10 USDT, have no bitify fee, only the blockchain network fee (shown before you confirm — usually much lower on BEP-20 than TRC-20) and need 2-step verification. Every withdrawal has a 12-hour security hold with a countdown in your wallet, then it’s sent automatically — our team may check some withdrawals before they go out.
Available: spend or withdraw now. Reserved: held for your open offers or auctions you’re leading — returned if they don’t win. In escrow: money in orders that aren’t finished yet. On hold: completed sales, released to Available after 3 days.
No — each order is one item from one seller, with its own escrow. That keeps delivery, refunds and disputes simple.
Codes and keys appear on the order page the moment you pay. Files and services are delivered by the seller, who marks the order as delivered.
Some keys and gift cards only work in certain countries. We check the country you choose at checkout and block purchases that wouldn’t work for you.
Open the order and press “Confirm received” once everything works. If you don’t, the order completes automatically 3 days after a digital delivery (14 days after a physical item ships) unless you open a dispute.
Only after you’ve checked or redeemed it. Once you confirm, the payment moves to the seller and the order can’t be disputed any more. Never confirm because a seller asks you to before you’ve received a working item.
On items that accept offers, propose your price (at least 50% of the Buy It Now price). The amount is reserved from your balance. The seller can accept, decline or counter within 48 hours; if accepted, the order is paid automatically.
See your offers →Up to 3 per item, including counteroffers, and one waiting for a reply at a time. Some sellers set an auto-accept price (instant sale) or a minimum (lower offers are declined automatically).
You can withdraw an offer while it’s still waiting for the seller — your reserved money comes back immediately. Once accepted, it’s a purchase.
Enter the most you’re willing to pay. We bid for you in small steps, only as much as needed to keep you in the lead, so you often pay less than your maximum.
Auctions ending soon →Only while you’re the highest bidder: your maximum (plus shipping) is reserved. If someone outbids you, it’s returned right away. If you win, you pay the final price and the rest is returned.
A bid in the last 2 minutes adds 2 more minutes, so everyone gets a fair chance to respond.
A hidden minimum set by the seller. If bidding doesn’t reach it, the auction ends without a sale and the leading bidder’s money is returned.
Every new listing is checked by our team before it appears — usually within a few hours. You’ll get a notification when it’s approved. Editing the title, description, photos or details of a live listing sends it back for review; price and stock changes don’t.
Compromised or shared accounts, card data, stolen or fraudulently obtained keys and gift cards, counterfeits and pirated content, among others.
Prohibited items →When the order completes (the buyer confirms, or the protection period ends without a dispute), your amount minus the seller fee is on hold for 3 days, then becomes available to withdraw.
New sellers can have 10 live listings; the limit rises to 50 and then 500 as you complete orders with good ratings.
Only before anyone bids. Once there are bids, the auction runs until the end.
Your payment sits with bitify, not the seller, until you confirm the item is right or the protection period ends. If there’s a problem, open a dispute before the order completes and the money stays frozen.
Open the order and choose “Open a dispute”. Explain the problem and add screenshots or photos. The seller can reply, refund you, or you can ask bitify to step in — unresolved disputes are escalated automatically after 3 days.
Our team reviews the order record, messages on bitify, delivery evidence and both members’ history, then decides: a full refund, payment to the seller, or a partial refund. Refunds go back to your balance. Keep all conversation on bitify — we can’t verify chats from other apps.
Dispute rules →Escrow covers problems caused by the seller — not delivered, not working, wrong, damaged, counterfeit or not as described. It doesn’t cover changing your mind, buying the wrong item or finding it cheaper elsewhere; you can ask the seller, who may agree to cancel.
What refunds cover →You can remind them politely, but never ask a buyer to confirm before they have the item, and never threaten a bad review. If they don’t confirm or dispute, the order completes automatically when the protection period ends.
It protects your balance even if your password leaks. It’s required to sell and to withdraw. Use any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…).
Security settings →Go to Account → Profile and press Upload photo. We crop it to a square for you.
Profile settings →Never — not by email, chat or phone, and our staff will never ask for your 2-step code either. Our emails come only from addresses ending in @bitify.com. If a message asks you to “verify” your login through a link, don’t click it: go to bitify.com yourself and report the message.
Security settings →No. bitify.com is now a new marketplace with a new operator. We aren’t connected with the company that used this domain before (Bitify Pty Ltd / CryptoThrift), and accounts, balances and orders from that service weren’t transferred — please create a new account.
Don’t. Payments outside the platform have no escrow protection and break our rules. Report the listing or the user so we can act.
For an order, open a dispute from the order page so everything stays in one place. For anything else, email [email protected].
