TV-Vault is considered to be the best tracker in this category. All the contents in this tracker must have aired on or before December 31, 2016 as of now. Note that this date is revised at the end of each year.
It has huge collection of old and rare TV shows from 70s, 80s, 90s and most of those are non-HD quality. Although No sports, reality shows, or news broadcasts are allowed. It has 57.7k torrents of 15k+ TV shows and 11.2k enabled users.
Seed retention or preservation is the main motto there instead of quality as most of the torrents are of the pre-HD age. Maintaining ratio is not very easy as most of the contents are not freeleech.
