Open up the Samsung Pay app and follow the steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00047142/ Leave Pin Section blank and if that doesn't work with your version of Samsung Pay, add random 5 digit. You will be blocked from Samsung Pay after so many cards, simply switch Google Accounts. Some users have reported being IP banned but its rare, use Proxies if this happens. (RARE though) Y from him!
