- NO REFUNDS.

- If you have fewer than 10 feedbacks or recent negative feedback you must contact me prior to purchasing. If you choose to purchase without contacting me the sale may be cancelled and if it is not cancelled then you may not be eligible for the warranty.

- If you have a problem you need to explain it clearly, including specific card numbers and exact dollar balances. Complaints such as "the cards didn't work" are unacceptable and will delay handling of your problem.

- The Request Refund button will automatically create a dispute and assign Bitify staff to act as an arbitrator. This option is there in case there's an actual dispute where the seller refuses to deliver their part of the deal or ignores you. It is NOT there as a way for you to retroactively change the conditions of the sale or as an alternative to communicating with the seller. If you spring right for the refund button without communicating and giving me a reasonable chance to resolve your complaint then whatever the adjudicator determines will be the final result. Don't come complaining to me about their decision because I will have spent my time & energy in representing myself in the dispute instead of helping you directly.

HOW DO I USE THESE GIFT CARDS?

- Install an app such as Card Smash, GiftMe, StoCard, or PocketZee on your phone and save the number/s you received. Use the app to generate a barcode corresponding to the gift card number/s and present to the cashier.

- When adding the number/s to the app use copy-paste or type carefully to avoid typos.

- A pin number is not included and not needed for redemption.


WARRANTY

- Gift cards are guaranteed for 7 days. As stated above, this warranty depends on your complaint being confirmed and does not include refunds.
