torrentHR is a Croatian general tracker. Started in 2008.
Some scene releases but many local, Croatian one.
They have huge packs as well. Content, speed and community is very active.
THR have two more sites as well; One is for Warez stuff and other is for image hosting.
Seeding is very easy as there is no ratio
Has bonus system.
Overall quite good tracker but almost all in Croatian.
