DETAILS:
Deck gun. In service with the UK, this was known as the 6-inch QF Mk I, II, III cannons. As a naval gun of the 15 cm / 40 (6 inches) type 41, it was used for armored ships before the dreadnought. And also for the armored cruisers and protected cruisers of the first Imperial Japanese Navy, built in British and European shipyards. The 6-inch QF naval gun was used on destroyers during the Cold War.
